The Patriots made two roster moves on Tuesday, claiming LB Steele Chambers off of waivers from the Lions and waiving LB Jay Person. Chambers 23,  began his college career as a running back before switching to linebacker. Rhamondre Stevenson Says Extension With Patriots Is ‘Pretty Close’

Patriots RB Rhamondre Stevenson told reporters on Monday that a long-term extension with the team is “pretty close.” “Right now, I’m trying to get the deal done and get it locked in.
