In more ways than one.
It is Wednesday, my dudes.
The Bruins were completely offline on Tuesday — no practice, no media availabilities…just alone with their thoughts.
After a whirlwind few days post-Thanksgiving, it makes sense to give the team a mini break, especially with another game-free day today ahead of tomorrow’s visit from San Jose.
Truthfully, the team could probably use a bit of a reset given the dip in performance lately. Nothing like some time off to reboot, right?
Of course, you could also be of the opinion that the team needed to have a bag skate yesterday — we’re all entitled to our opinions, I guess.
While the Bruins weren’t busy, it certainly was quite a day in the NHL World yesterday.
Patrick Kane signed with the Detroit Red Wings, Corey Perry got waived for contract termination due to “conduct that is unacceptable.”
You know, standard Wednesday.
Anyways, what’s on tap for today?
