Special teams, man.
Welcome to Thursday, folks!
Sorry about the lack of full recap for last night’s game, a 3-2 loss to the Rangers in Manhattan.
Special teams play ended up being a difference-maker last night, with the Rangers scoring just after a power play ended then getting the game-winner shorthanded.
Ideally, if your power play isn’t going to score, you don’t want it to allow a goal either, but…yeah.
On the bright side, David Pastrnak continued his hot streak with a goal, giving him 25 points in the last 12 games.
CARRY US TO THE WILD CARD SPOT, DAVID.
Anyways, the B’s are off now until Saturday, when ol’ Bruce Cassidy comes to town for a late-afternoon showdown with Vegas.
What’s on tap for today?
