State.
Welcome to Tuesday, folks!
We gather today to bitterly complain about the Bruins’ fourth loss of the season, a 5-4 OT stumble in Tampa.
BOOOOOOOOO! BOOOOOOOOOOOOO!
Now that we got the sarcastic part out of the way, there certainly are some legitimate complaints about last night’s game.
Loose play with the lead. Two blown leads in the third. Some questionable (at best) calls and a very lopsided power play split. A bad line change.
In many ways, this start feels like last season’s: things have been going so well that it almost feels petty to truly complain when there’s a blip.
(At least we’re not Oilers fans, right?)
However, it’s also fair to point out some areas of improvement, something I’m sure we’ll all be happy to do here in the comments.
There will likely be more news regarding Milan Lucic today, as details of the circumstances surrounding his arrest Saturday morning began to trickle out Monday.
He will appear in court Tuesday. As mentioned the other day, please keep any comments about the situation respectful.
The B’s will practice in the Sunshine State today ahead of tomorrow night’s game against the Panthers in sunrise.
What’s on tap for today?
