It’s never an easy thing for a younger NBA player to find themselves traded midseason, and having to get used to not only new teammates, coaches, and a new style of play. They also have to learn their new city and how the facilities work, as well as all their favorite places to eat out, have fun, or simply live.
Thankfully for new Boston Celtics big man Xavier Tillman, Sr., he’s a great fit for the Celtics’ style of play already. And the city itself is full of great restaurants and other things to keep the new Celtics center busy when he isn’t on the court. The man himself was recently interviewed by our friends at CLNS Media’s “Garden Report” podcast.
Tillman opened up about what it was like adjusting to Boston and the Celtics.
