Before news broke of his team’s majority owner deciding to cash out his share of the ball club, champion Boston Celtics big man Al Horford decided to sell his capacious Brookline home. But fans of the Celtics need not worry about his future with Boston, as the veteran forward has made it abundantly clear he is coming back to play with the Celtics for their 2024-24 campaign.
At present, the motive for Horford selling his home may not be public knowledge, but it is quite the home to move on from. Whatever the motive for the sale may be, it is not likely connected to the decision of Celtics majority owner Wyc Grousbeck to sell the Celtics, as it was put on the market well ahead of that decision.
Listed at a little under $9 million on the market since at least late May, Horford’s three-year stay in this sprawling home is coming to an end, according to Yahoo Life’s Wendy Bowman.
Let’s take a closer look at Casa Horford.
