Fans of the Boston Celtics have been looking for anything to worry about with their favorite ball club holding a vice grip on the NBA’s best record, and now it appears they might actually have one. Word has come out that veteran Celtics floor general Jrue Holiday has been dealing with a shoulder injury — and evidently not a minor one.
How much should we be worried about this for Boston? Could it linger to the start of the 2024 NBA Playoffs or beyond? Or are we all just collectively looking for ways to scare ourselves until the coming postseason finally arrives in mid-April?
On a recent episode, the hosts of the CLNS Media “Celtics Beat” podcast linked up with Boston blogger Dan Greenberg on the potential impact of Holiday’s injury.
They also get into Derrick White’s potential extension, and Coach Mazzulla’s Coach of the Year case.
