Jayson Tatum, Jaylen Brown, & Derrick White represent Celtics in early All-Star voting returns

They’re all All-Stars to us, though.

The NBA released the results from its first window of fan voting for the 2025 All-Star Game on Thursday, and there was a good amount of green represented. Three Boston Celtics players — Jayson Tatum, Jaylen Brown, and Derrick White — all cracked the top-10 for their position groups.

Tatum and Brown ranked second and fifth among Eastern Conference frontcourt players, respectively. JT garnered 1,385,851 votes, while JB racked up 433,636.

In the backcourt, White was the lone Celtic to be featured, coming in at tenth with 120,706 votes.

Boston’s star forward, Tatum, is no stranger to the All-Star Game. He’ll be looking to make his sixth career appearance at the event next month in San Francisco. He’s made a strong case for himself, averaging 28.3 points, 9.5 rebounds, and 5.5 assists per game on 46.6/36.9 shooting splits.

His co-star, Brown, has joined him at All-Star Weekend three times. His resume for number four is getting stronger by the week. After beginning the season battling a hip injury, Brown has looked more comfortable and has dominated as of late. JB has posted 30+ points in three of Boston’s last five games. On the season, he’s averaged 24.4 points, 6.0 rebounds, and 4.6 assists per game on 46.1/33.2 shooting splits.

White is the lone man who has yet to make the midseason classic. Regardless, the guy still shows up and balls every night. This season, he’s posted 16.8 points, 4.6 rebounds, and 4.6 assists per game while shooting 45.2% from the field and 39.2% from deep — not to mention that he’s a menace defensively, averaging a combined 2.2 stocks per game.
