The Men’s and Women’s NCAA Tournament has come and gone, the winners celebrated and the losers going back to the proverbial drawing board to boost their odds next time around. But the level of interest in both tournaments has undertaken a seismic shift, with the women’s tourney proving to be the more popular of the two in terms of TV ratings for the first time ever.
