Brown scored 15 points in four minutes of action.
Jaylen Brown wasted no time making his mark in Sunday’s Celtics-Timberwolves game.
Brown buried a whopping five 3-pointers in a span of less than four minutes, scoring all of the Celtics’ first 15 points in scintillating fashion.
Here’s a look at each 3-pointer, courtesy of Celtics.com’s Taylor Snow.

Brown started the fun with a contested 3 over Julius Randle off a feed from Jayson Tatum. He then splashed one in Anthony Edwards’ face, off a dish from Al Horford.
Twelve seconds later, Brown buried a deep transition 3. That’s when you knew he was really feeling it. Then came another, off another pass from Tatum, who assisted on three of the five makes.
Finally, Brown sized up a helpless Rudy Gobert (see: Luka Doncic), unleashed a series of sweet moves and stuck one in his face with 8:26 on the clock. It’s rare to see a player pass multiple heat checks in a row, and even more rare in the first quarter.
Brown had a chance at a sixth 3-pointer, but he airballed his next shot.
Even so, the Celtics took a 15-6 lead behind his brilliance. No other member of the Celtics scored until Jrue Holiday hit a pair of free throws with 2:50 left in the quarter.

Perhaps the explosion could be the start of something bigger for Brown, who has shot just 26.5 percent from 3-point range in November.
Who knows…Maybe Bill Nye the Science Guy gave him some friendly tips on the science of shooting. Regardless, the Celtics will certainly take it.
