Sillah was a three-star recruit coming out of high school in 2019 and a promising pass rusher, but never really blossomed as an Eagle. After getting some playing time his sophomore and junior seasons, he started to make an impact in the pass rush. Sillah looked like he was going to be an impact veteran on the defensive line before an injury took him out for the entire season in 2022. He never quite returned to form in 2023 and the Boston College pass rush was a weaker unit than they were projected to be.
Hines came to BC as a three-star running back in 2020 but didn’t see the field until this season when he got a few touches against Syracuse to help the Eagles defeat the depleted Orange.
We wish Shitta and Andre the best of luck moving forward!
