The Patriots beat the Bears 19-3 in Week 10.
The New England Patriots entered NFL Week 10 with just two wins under their collective belts and in possession of the first overall selection in the 2025 draft. However, their win over the Chicago Bears on Sunday shook things up near the top of the draft table.
Now owning a 3-7 record courtesy of their 19-3 victory at Soldier Field, the Patriots slid down the board from the first to the seventh spot after the early window of games.

The new No. 1 in the draft standings are the 2-8 Jacksonville Jaguars, who were beaten 12-7 on Sunday in what was ex-Patriots quarterback Mac Jones’ first start for the team. He did score the game’s lone touchdown, but also threw a pair of interceptions.
As a result of that, and the Patriots getting the job done in Chicago, the Jaguars now are on the inside track for the first pick. New England, meanwhile, finds itself having left the two-win club and graduating to the prestigious three-win group.
