Ben McAdoo is expected to remain with the New England Patriots coaching staff in 2025, according to ESPN’s Mike Reiss.
McAdoo served in the role of senior offensive assistant for the team under Jerod Mayo in 2024. He has previously worked for the Carolina Panthers, Dallas Cowboys and Jacksonville Jaguars, among other teams. He is most known for being the head coach of the New York Giants from 2016-2017.
McAdoo is one of three Patriots coaches that will remain from the previous staff. Special teams coaches Jeremy Springer and Tom Quinn are the other coaches Vrabel is keeping on staff for the 2025 season.

McAdoo fits the mold of a veteran coach with a lot of experience. His presence on the staff is clearly a positive for the football team. The team still has to go out and perform, but the assembled coaching staff by Vrabel looks impressive on paper.
