Apple TV’s “The Dynasty” has been one of the best sports documentaries to hit streaming services in a while but there was one glaring omission from one of the episodes: Nick Foles’ name.
In Episode 9, “Breaking Point,” the series takes a look back at New England’s loss to the Eagles in Super Bowl LII where Malcolm Butler was mysteriously missing from the Pats defense. But also curiously missing was Foles’ name in Al Michaels’ famous “Philly Special” call.
As a user pointed out on social media, Michaels exclaimed, “Caught, Foles, touchdown.” But in the doc you only hear “Caught, touchdown.” Leaving many fans perplexed:
I have uncovered an anti-Nick Foles conspiracy in this Apple TV show about the Patriots. pic.twitter.com/RRgrs4hvHK

“Tom Brady’s resentment of Nick Foles is so blatant at this point I honestly might respect it,” a fan said.
“Tom Brady’s hate for Nick Foles has always been so weird to me. Remember when he didn’t shake his hand when Foles was a Bear,” another recalled.
“Tom Brady and the entirety of New England still wake up drenched in sweat reliving this moment in their dreams…”
“Tom Brady one MILLION percent demanded this and I am not joking,” another person tweeted.
It’s hard to imagine this wasn’t intentional on the side of those who were involved in the making of the documentary. What do you guys think?
