A look at the Patriots’ game day roster for their Week 12 game against the Dolphins.
The New England Patriots do not have particularly fond memories of South Beach, having lost four straight and seven out of the last ten road games against the Miami Dolphins. Needless to say, Hard Rock Stadium has not been worth the journey recently.
In order to change their fortunes against their AFC East rivals, the Patriots will rely on the following players.

The Patriots’ game day roster for Week 12 features no real surprises, and therefore no really groundbreaking narratives to analyze. What can be said, however, is that the team’s secondary is in its best shape in weeks.
For the first time since Week 7, the Patriots will have both of their starting safeties — Kyle Dugger and Marte Mapu — available at the same time. In addition, Christian Gonzalez was cleared for the game despite being listed as questionable and Alex Austin was activated from injured reserve on Monday.
Elsewhere, New England will rely on stability for once. The wide receiver and offensive line groups, for example, have started settling down a bit and will go with the same personnel in back-to-back weeks now.
What will be interesting to see, meanwhile, is the workload of defensive tackle Christian Barmore and edge Yannick Ngakoue. Both made their season debuts for the team last week, but played comparatively small roles while getting eased into the mix at their respective positions.

The Patriots’ reserve lists saw some changes since last week. Not only did starting O-lineman Cole Strange return to practice to start his 21-day clock to be reactivated, the team also moved the aforementioned Alex Austin from IR to the 53-man team. However, linebacker Curtis Jacobs was added after sustaining a head injury in Week 11.
The Patriots’ Week 12 game against the Dolphins will be kicked off at 1 p.m. ET at Miami’s Hard Rock Stadium.
