The second injury report heading into the season finale at Gillette Stadium.
The New England Patriots were down three during Thursday’s work on the AFC East champion Buffalo Bills.
Wide receiver Ja’Lynn Polk, center Ben Brown and cornerback Christian Gonzalez remained sidelined from practice in Foxborough. But after missing the previous session due to an illness, a 12-game starter out wide in Kayshon Boutte returned as a full participant.
Here’s the second injury report leading up to Sunday’s 1 p.m. ET season finale at Gillette Stadium.

Patriots

Brown has stayed in the NFL’s concussion protocol through five consecutive injury reports and was downgraded to out before last weekend’s Los Angeles Chargers matchup. The October arrival started the previous 10 games at center. An additional pair of absences linger on the perimeter in Foxborough. Out wide, Polk suffered a shoulder injury on his lone target in the 40-7 loss. And at corner, Gonzalez went from questionable to out in the first half after heading to the blue medical tent to evaluated for a head injury.
