Game statuses for Sunday’s 1 p.m. ET kickoff at Gillette Stadium.
Hours after head coach Jerod Mayo announced that rookie offensive tackle Caedan Wallace would join veteran center David Andrews on injured reserve, the New England Patriots remained down two.
Friday’s practice went on without wide receiver K.J. Osborn and safety Kyle Dugger due to shoulder and ankle injuries, respectively. But both starters stand among 12 questionable despite staying sidelined throughout preparations for the Miami Dolphins.
Here’s the rest of the game statuses leading up to Sunday’s 1 p.m. ET kickoff at Gillette Stadium.
OUT
Patriots
- No players listed
Dolphins
- S Jordan Poyer (shin)
The 53-man roster in Foxborough currently sits at 50 as moves loom. Yet no players have officially been ruled out following the latest additions to injured reserve. The Dolphins will visit without a past Pro Bowler and first-team All-Pro at the safety spot due to a shin issue.
DOUBTFUL
Patriots
- LB Sione Takitaki (knee — PUP return)
Dolphins
- No players listed
The lone member of the doubtful, Takitaki practiced in a limited capacity from Wednesday through Friday while working back from the physically unable to perform list. A knee scope kept the March addition to the linebacker room out for all of training camp as well as the initial four games of the season.
QUESTIONABLE
Patriots
- WR K.J. Osborn (shoulder)
- WR Kendrick Bourne (knee — PUP return)
- OT Vederian Lowe (knee)
- G Layden Robinson (ankle, wrist)
- G Michael Jordan (ankle)
- C Nick Leverett (ankle)
- LB Anfernee Jennings (shoulder)
- CB Jonathan Jones (shoulder)
- CB Marcus Jones (groin)
- S Kyle Dugger (ankle)
- S Jabrill Peppers (shoulder)
- S Marte Mapu (calf — IR return)
Dolphins
- QB Skylar Thompson (ribs)
- WR Odell Beckham Jr. (knee — PUP return)
- CB Cam Smith (hamstring — IR return)
Dugger was downgraded from questionable during what became a 30-13 loss last Sunday. The co-captain served as the starting signal-caller against the San Francisco 49ers. He has played 82.4 percent of the defensive snaps in 2024 while having a hand in 20 tackles along with one sack and one forced fumble. On the other side of the ball, Osborn started out wide at Levi’s stadium before also missing back-to-back-to-back practices. Four offensive linemen reside among the questionable, too, including a pair who did not make the most recent road trip in Lowe and Jordan. And while not officially on the active roster, Bourne and Mapu both also returned as limited participants this week. Doing so opened the 21-day windows for the receiver and safety after spending September on reserve lists.
