The second injury report heading into Week 8 at Gillette Stadium.
The New England Patriots were without two rookies during Thursday’s preparations for the New York Jets.
Wide receiver Ja’Lynn Polk and guard Layden Robinson remained sidelined from practice after sustaining a concussion and an ankle injury, respectively, during the recent trip to London.
But running back Rhamondre Stevenson, offensive tackle Vederian Lowe, defensive end Keion White and linebackers Anfernee Jennings and Curtis Jacobs all returned to the fields in Foxborough as the AFC East rematch nears.
Here’s the second injury report leading up to Sunday’s 1 p.m. ET kickoff at Gillette Stadium.

Jets
- WR Allen Lazard (chest)
- G Alijah Vera-Tucker (ankle)
- DT Leki Fotu (knee)
- S Tony Adams (hamstring)
- S Ashtyn Davis (concussion)
Polk went catchless through three targets against the Jacksonville Jaguars before being announced as questionable to return in the final minutes. The No. 37 overall pick by way of Texas Tech and Washington has since missed back-to-back practices while in the NFL’s concussion protocol. Also in the loss at Wembley Stadium, Robinson went down in the first quarter holding his right ankle. The fourth-rounder out of Texas A&M was downgraded to out at halftime as the musical chairs continued along the offensive line.

Nine went in a limited capacity for the Patriots on Thursday. Count the team’s blindside protector among them. Lowe had been ruled out ahead of the overseas flight because of an ankle injury that surfaced midway through October versus the Houston Texans. He hadn’t practiced since then. And off the edges, starters in White and Jennings both made their way back after being non-participants to begin divisional prep. But two veterans became new arrivals on the injury report. Because of abdomen and back ailments, Ekuale at defensive tackle and McMillan at linebacker joined the partial group.

Stevenson had missed the previous practice for personal reasons after missing the initial two sessions last week due to a foot injury. From there, the lead running back totaled 25 yards from scrimmage under the questionable designation. But he graduated back to full on Thursday. So did three members of the defensive side of the ball. As for Drake Maye, the No. 3 overall pick officially cleared the injury report. New England’s rookie under center had been practicing without limitations while managing a knee issue. His latest start brought 276 passing yards, 18 rushing yards and a pair of touchdowns.
