The second injury report heading into Week 11 at Gillette Stadium.
The New England Patriots continued work on the Los Angeles Rams without two up front.
Defensive linemen Deatrich Wise Jr. and Jaquelin Roy remained sidelined from practice on Thursday, while wide receiver Tyquan Thornton also joined the non-participants for reasons unrelated to injury.
But others returned to the fields in Foxborough, including four-year, $84 million defensive tackle Christian Barmore, whose 21-day window has opened after beginning the season on the non-football injury list due to blood clots.
Here’s the second injury report heading into Sunday’s 1 p.m. ET kickoff at Gillette Stadium.
DID NOT PARTICIPATE
Patriots
- WR Tyquan Thornton (personal)
- DT Jaquelin Roy (neck)
- DE Deatrich Wise Jr. (foot)
Rams
- OT Rob Havenstein (ankle)
- OT Joe Noteboom (ankle)
- DT Neville Gallimore (neck)
- CB Charles Woods (ankle)
The Patriots announced Roy as questionable to return at halftime last Sunday due to a neck injury that previously left him listed as questionable for the trip to Soldier Field. A defensive captain off the edges in Wise also headed to the sideline with a foot injury late in the 19-3 win over the Chicago Bears. Both have now missed back-to-back sessions.
LIMITED PARTICIPATION
Patriots
- OT Vederian Lowe (shoulder)
- DT Christian Barmore (blood clots — NFI return)
- DT Daniel Ekuale (abdomen)
- LB Christian Elliss (abdomen)
- LB Sione Takitaki (knee)
- CB Marcellas Dial Jr. (concussion)
- S Kyle Dugger (ankle)
- S Marte Mapu (neck)
Rams
- LB Byron Young (knee)
After being sidelined on Wednesday, Takitaki and Dial made their way back on Thursday. Due to a knee injury and the NFL’s concussion protocol, respectively, the veteran linebacker and the rookie cornerback were among eight limited participants. And Barmore, whose last practice arrived during the initial week of training camp, joined them in that tier.
FULL PARTICIPATION
Patriots
- TE Hunter Henry (foot)
- CB Isaiah Bolden (personal)
- CB Alex Austin (ankle — IR return)
Rams
- S Kam Curl (knee)
Henry graduated to full participation for New England’s tight end room after beginning the week as limited due to a foot issue. Along with the offensive captain, Bolden returned to the secondary following a non-injury absence. As for a fellow cornerback in Austin, his 21-day window to be activated back to the 53-man roster remains open. He spent all of October on injured reserve and ramped up to full-go availability last week.
