Did the Pittsburgh Steelers leak “the script” early? The scoreboard at Acrisure Stadium may have done so for some fans.
A photo taken at the Steelers’ stadium this weeks shows the scoreboard with the Steelers beating the Patriots 20-16 in the fourth quarter. Granted, the clock showed 86:53 on it, which is closer to a soccer game than an NFL game.
So let it be written, so let it be done. I’ll take it. Smashing the over. #Steelers #NFL pic.twitter.com/vd9Ffx71j2

“Holding a 4 point lead for 87 minutes is going to be difficult,” one user replied to Steelers Depot on X.
“Pat’s still got 86 mins left of the fourth, they got time to turn it around,” wrote another.
“If we give up 16 to the patriots I will stop watching Steelers football,” a third wrote.
The Steelers and Patriots are combining to average just over 14 points per game this season. Their Thursday Night Football game is anticipated to be one of the lowest-scoring affairs in recent memory. The 30-point over/under is the lowest for an NFL game in 30 years.
So if that final score really is a prediction, feel free to set your fantasy football teams accordingly.
