Over the weekend Cincinnati Reds pitcher Nick Martinez accepted the qualifying offer to return for another season. The deadline is tomorrow, November 19th, and the question out there is: will Nick Pivetta return to the Red Sox? There have been rumors indicating he might decline and seek his fortune via free agency. But maybe he’s scared from the Blake Snell and Jordan Montgomery experiences last winter.
