The Sox are riding high on a four-game winning streak.
When Triston Casas bonged one of the wall to end yesterday’s 4-3 win over the White Sox, it moved the sox to 12-10, giving them serious momentum as we look ahead to Patriots’ Day — but the team isn’t out of the weeds yet. A loss to the Pale Hose today and that ashy feeling of being back at .500 will probably take over again. To make things easier, let’s hope today’s starter Tanner Houck can rebound from Monday’s 16-1 debacle with a one-hitter or equivalent; a win and Blue Jays loss would put the Sox in joint possession of second place with Toronto. To be blunt: We need this. It will spark joy.
